FAQ--Frequently Asked Questions

Who? What? When? Where? Why? How much? Due to the nature of customized on-site or remote training the answers to many of these questions will depend on you. Here are the answers to a few of the more common questions we're asked.

Where?

We'll start with this one because it's the one we're asked most often. We primarily offer on-site training. That means we come to your site and provide the training you need.

What about remote training?

Remote training is ideal for one to three people. You'll need a web browser and a telephone. These sessions usually run one to three hours.

It's pretty straightforward! Call 415 931.0202 or e-mail us. Remember to have ready your location, the software you want to learn, and the number of students!

Will you come on-site for just one person?

Most of our on-site classes are arranged for groups of students. Our remote training service works very well for one to three people.

How many students can attend a class?

We ask you to limit an on-site class to a maximum of 10 students. Remote sessions are limited to three students. This ensures that each student gets the individual attention that they need.

Do you provide the computers and the software?

You are responsible for providing the appropriate hardware and software for each student. We will work with you to arrange a comfortable learning environment at your site and to ensure that the students have all of the tools they need to make the class successful.

Do you have a schedule of classes?

On-site and remote training is arranged directly with you. We do not hold public classes, thus we do not have a public schedule.
